Processing Time Standard orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Custom orders may require additional processing time depending on the size and complexity of the order. You will be notified of your estimated processing time at the time of your custom order.

Shipping Carriers We ship via USPS and UPS. Carrier selection is based on package size, weight, and destination.

Domestic Shipping We currently ship within the United States only. Estimated delivery times vary by shipping method selected at checkout. Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at your earliest convenience so we can work with you to resolve the issue.
